Science week was celebrated in J&K POLICE PUBLIC SCHOOL MIRAN SAHIB JAMMU from 22 Aug 2022 to 27 Aug 2022. During Science week, a number of Class-wise and House-wise Competitions were conducted viz. Role play of scientists, Poster making competition on theme Science and Technology, Science Quiz competition, House and Class board decoration competition, Skit Competition. A Science Exhibition was also organized in which students demonstrated their projects and working models related to Biology, Physics, Chemistry. Students from every class participated in the event and the exhibition was open to students of all classes. Students presented different types of models which were related to different branches of science like molecular models, space satellites, DC motors, transformers, solar systems, Dialysis etc. Our I/C Principal Madam surveyed the entire exhibition and also took details from the Respective Students about each of their models. Simultaneously, the students at the exhibition also thoroughly enjoyed the event.
All the activities were planned and conducted smoothly under the supervision of HOD science. All science teachers and CCA incharges cooperated to make this Science week successful.
At JKPPS students will be given tools that will allow them to feel passionate about all the endeavors that they will apply in different areas of curriculum.
